Granted 20th May 1992 to George Messer.

 

Arms: Erminois, three piles one issuant in chief and two issuant in base vert a bordure gules.

 

Crest: Within a celestial crown Or an angel habited with a robe argent and a tabard of the arms winged also argent crined or & grasping with the dexter hand a sword blade enflamed proper with the quillons grip & pommel gold.

 

The piles on the shield form a capital 'M', the Archangel Michael reflects the Christian name of the grantee's son, while the enflamed sword stands for the grantee's younger son who is a retained fireman.
